About the Bidding Gallery
During the past five years, we established ourselves through our open mandate policy, to become South Africa’s first and only Real Estate Facilitators. During this year alone, we have communicated and engaged with well over 5000 individual estate agents in an effort to ensure that all willing and able buyers and sellers using The Bidding Gallery are introduced to each other.
The Bidding Gallery pride itself on the fact that we have the expertise to evaluate the brokers / agent to be targeted and involve them in each and every asset sale. Our ability to neutrally involve the targeted sales force enables us to not only maintain our 100% record of outperforming prices achieved by public auction, but also ensure that every buyer searching through our system will be exposed to the maximum stock in the most convenient way. Our expertise is to be able to do a proper assessment of a property first before deciding which sales route, being it public auction, agent network or sealed bid auction process should be followed. In all these sales routes, we involve real estate agents to the benefit of both the seller and buyer.
