The following service commitment will be applied to you as a seller:

3. Always guarantee any agent introducing a buyer at least 50% (fifty percent) of the negotiated commission
4. Invite agents based on your properties geographical location, the agent’s areas of expertise and the type of property.
5. Advice sellers to the expected selling price based on objective feedback obtain from these selected role players.
6. Assist in ensuring convenient show times are adhered to
7. Using standard sales contracts and terms and conditions
8. Keeping you updated with offers submitted.
9. Provide you complete sales service until transfer
10. Although dealing with many agents, you still only have one channel communication through The Bidding Gallery
